Caston Malveaux, 59, of 511 B Signe St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:07 a.m. and charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle with a crash and no insurance. Malveaux was released on a summons to appear in court.
Precious Beasley, 26, of Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 12:44 p.m. and charged with careless operation with a crash and expired motor vehicle inspection sticker. Beasley was released on a summons to appear in court.
Rhonda Lodrigue, 39, of Two Sister’s Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with theft, forgery and monetary instrument abuse. No bail was set.
Demetrius Green, 27, of 630 Shannon St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 5:18 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Green was released on $1,000 bond.

Nathaniel Hawkins, Sr., 44, of Amelia, was arrested Monday at 7:48 p.m. and charged with failure to properly signal a turn and possession with intent to distribute MDMA (ecstasy). No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Keviante Gilton, 17, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday 2:53 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Gilton was processed and released on a $500 bond.
Shacoby Johnson, 20, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with turning movements and required signals and one way roadway. Johnson was processed and released on a $500 cash bond.
Girard Navy Jr., 23, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:20 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy). Navy was processed and held with no bond set.
Gregory Johnson, 56, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:38 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery third offense and parole violation. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set.
Antoinette Johnson, 34, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:38 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Johnson was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Nathaniel Menard, 22, of Chitimacha Loop Road, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged on an arrest warrant for hindering law enforcement. Menard’s charges were filed in the Chitimacha Tribal Courts.
Brandon Soprano, 22, of Chitimacha Loop Road, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession with intent to distribute synthetic marijuana, possession of synthetic marijuana in a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of legend drugs and possession of Legend drugs in a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Patrick Dennis, 52, of New Orleans, was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine); possession of Schedule two narcotics (crack cocaine) in a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dennis also had six outstanding warrants from New Orleans. No bond was set.

Blake Wain, 19, of 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged for the following offenses: warrant for second degree battery, simple battery and attempted robbery, possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $411,500.
Arnette J. Brashear, 18, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged for the following offenses: first degree robbery, simple battery, possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
Alarena Jarrell, 20, of 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Alyssandra Russo, 18, of Lafayette, was arrested Tuesday at 9:52 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession of Schedule I (ecstasy) with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Detectives identified the two other suspects as Kaleb Calloway and John Buck Jr. Warrants have been issued for their arrest on the charges of second degree robbery and simple battery. Nineteen-year-old Calloway’s last known address is Sun Street in Bayou Vista.

Gonzales-Ortez was released on a $365 bond.
Jamie R. Charles, 31, of Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to obey traffic control signals. No bail was set.
Wilson J. Brett Hopes, 36, of Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 11:30 a.m. and charged on a warrant for illegal possession of stolen things. Hopes was transported to Iberia Parish.
Radiance Perez, 25, of 213 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 12:37 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I drugs. No bail was set.
Kristi Simmons, 30, of Amelia, was arrested Monday at 1:08 p.m. and charged on two warrants from Houma Police for failure to appear on the charge of violation of the child restraint law. No bail was set.
Adam Charles, 40, of 2114 Maple St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 4:35 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II (cocaine), possession of a legend drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Harry Francis III, 51, of Hanson Street, Franklin, while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Wednesday at 4:10 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the Franklin Police Department dated March 1 for the charge of molestation of a juvenile. Francis was processed and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on a $100,000 bond.
Police: Three arrested in Morgan City drive-by shooting; no one injured

Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting Monday night in Morgan City. No one was injured in the shooting, police said.
At about 9 p.m. Monday, Morgan City police responded to a report of a drive-by shooting at Jacquet Homes on Orange Street in Morgan City. The three suspects were charged with attempted second-degree murder and assault by drive-by shooting. One suspect was also charged with possession of a firearm in a firearm-free zone, police said.
The identities of the suspects weren’t available as of 11 a.m. today.

Kandace Francis, 24, of 328 Cardinal St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. and charged with remaining where forbidden. She was released on a summons to appear in court.
Herbert Smith, 29, of 501 Labau St., Lot #1, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:02 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and careless operation. No bail was set.
Corey Clavelle, 30, of Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 11:56 p.m. and charged with violation of protective orders. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Sharla Daniels, 47, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:10 p.m. and charged on a warrant charging her with monetary instrument abuse. Daniels was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Gatchary Forth, 28, of Florham Park, New Jersey, was arrested Wednesday at 6:11 p.m. and charged with following too close, identity theft-nine counts and possession of fraudulent documents-nine counts. No bail was set.
Albert Mujaj, 36, of Bronx, New York, was arrested Wednesday at 6:11 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule III (Suboxone), identity theft-nine counts, possession of fraudulent documents-nine counts and obstruction of justice. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Frank Dugas, 51, of Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 10:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and speeding. Bail was set at $5,000.
Casey Lopez, 35, of 1702 Kemper Road, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11:36 p.m. and charged on a warrant for possession with intent to distribute Schedule IV (Xanax), possession of Schedule I (marijuana), possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and transactions involving drug proceeds. No bail was set.
Eulalia H. McCoy, 21, of 624 Third St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:48 a.m. and charged with driving under suspension and speeding. McCoy was released on a summons to appear in court.
Anequia Guilbeau, 20, of 110 Plantation Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:28 p.m. and charged for do driver’s license, speeding and no insurance. Guilbeau was released on a summons to appear in court.
Nathaniel Wicks, 18, of 609 Seventy Nine Pines Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 2:52 p.m. and charged on an Assumption Parish warrant for probation violation. No bail was set.

Henry Madison III, 32, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:50 p.m. and charged with obstruction of a roadway, suspended driver’s license and possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Madison was also arrested on a warrant for the charge of simple assault. Madison was processed and held with no bond set.
Charnise Safford, 36, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:05 p.m. and charged on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal facility. Safford was processed and held with no bond set.
Michael Morris Jr., 17, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:22 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana), possession of a tobacco product by persons under 18, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of uniform controlled dangerous substances law-drug free zone. Morris was processed and held with no bond set.
Jonathan Robinson, 35, of Seventh Street, Franklin, while incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center, was arrested Thursday at 5:58 a.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of aggravated battery. Robinson was processed and remains incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
